Taaffe & Partners is a team of very experienced international professionals with one thing in common; we are all Senior Executives and Managers who have “grown up” designing and executing demanding Change Management projects together in diverse industries all over the globe.
Our background and experience put us in a position to implement change programs more quickly than other companies. We are all seasoned operators with a passion for fast execution. Another advantage which is a “must” to succeed in change management is that as we “speak the language” of the company employees. We have all done their jobs at sometime in the past and so we are able to gain their respect and acceptance. We really understand what their challenges are and we can support them very quickly. We know what can and should be done. Last but not least we will not leave behind a Powerpoint Presentation Plan, we will leave you with an executed plan.

Although our roots are in Finance we have now expanded our business model and team to cover change management programs in all functions from Logistics, Purchasing, holistic Supply Chain to Sales and Marketing.

Global Personnel Recruitment which goes hand in hand with change management has also been added to our services. With our Global Partners Spengler Fox and Michael Page we cover all disciplines and industries, permanent and interim, executive and second level positions. We have immediate access to excellent management talent all around the globe from Frankfurt Germany to Nizhniy Novgorod Russia, to Trujillo Peru or Portland USA to name just a few examples.

Another recent development at Taaffe & Partners which has been very well received by customers is our Best Practices Benchmarking Programs.
