How we are remunerated
- Daily rates – usually for Phase1 of a project where we need to get resources “on the ground” immediately.
- Permanent new staff are recruited, where needed, with our partners on a success only basis. No retainer required!
- Success fee, and or if appropriate an Equity stake as part of or instead of that fee. We are keen to invest in start-ups or PE portfolio companies and become long time partners by demonstrating our flexibility and commitment.
Our fee structure is very flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate your situation.
